Update, April 2021: Got a Ryzen CPU?
We have noticed a substantial increase in players with Ryzen CPUs experiencing their PC losing responsiveness or shutting down whilst playing Vermintide 2.
After being in communication with AMD about this, AMD have verified the cause of this is related to an "intermittent USB connectivity issue observed on 570/550 series motherboards".
AMD have verified that this can be resolved with a BIOS update. Please see the motherboard manufacturer's website for instructions on how to do this.
