You can change your language in Vermintide 2 or Darktide via the Steam client, using the instructions below:
- Right-click Vermintide 2 or Darktide in your Steam library
- Select 'Properties'
- Select the 'Language' tab
- Select your chosen language in the dropdown
- Close the window
