We're aware that players can sometimes experience an SSL_CONNECT_ERROR or SSL_BACKEND_ERROR; often when beginning or ending levels, after entering the Bridge of Shadows portal. Though this error can also be experienced at other times.
If our general Connectivity Error solutions here do not resolve the issue, this can indicate a local data issue.
Ensure the Latest Updates for Windows Are Installed
Historically we've found these errors tend to occur when there is an issue/conflict with Windows. Please ensure you have the latest Windows updates installed.
