The Outcast Engineer's cosmetics can be unlocked after purchasing the Outcast Engineer Cosmetic Upgrade (or the Outcast Engineer Bundle).
The Outcast Engineer career costs $3.99 alone. We have also released a Outcast Engineer Bundle, which includes the career in addition to access to cosmetic items and Okri's Challenges for $9.99. If you already own the Outcast Engineer DLC, the bundle price will be reduced, however it is still cheaper to purchase the bundle upfront as a bundle discount will be applied.
