We are unable to move progress from one account to another, but we can provide a limited service in which we mirror the levels of your operatives and remaining non-premium currencies.
However, we have had to pause this service until the 6th of January 2025. If you're still interested in having the levels of your operatives and remaining currencies mirrored, please reach out to us on or after the 6th of January 2025 when service will resume and we'll be happy to help.
Please note that we are unable to move any equipment, cosmetics (both premium and non-premium), Aquilas, completed Penances, and Mastery. We are strictly limited to mirroring the levels of your operatives and remaining non-premium currencies.
To speed up the process on the day, please:
- Recreate the operatives on the same account. The operatives do not need to exactly match those on the previous account - only class needs to be the same
- Make sure you've shared your GamerTag/PSN ID/Steam URL with us, or, the Fatshark Account Name/Friend Code for both accounts
- Be aware that we may need to verify ownership of both accounts
