Whether you have purchased an item from the Commodore’s Vestures by accident, don’t like the way it looks on your operative, or are simply no longer interested in it, we’re happy to help with a refund under the policy below.
The cosmetic item will be removed from your inventory, and the Aquilas spent on it will be returned to your available balance.
To request a change-of-mind refund, please contact us by submitting a ticket within 14 days of purchase. Eligibility is based on when you submit your request, rather than when we respond. Requests submitted after this window are not eligible under this policy.
We want players to feel comfortable with their cosmetic purchases. If you frequently request refunds, a temporary cooldown may be applied, during which new purchases will not be eligible for refunds under this policy. Before a restriction takes effect, we will notify you and explain its duration.
