In cases of persistent network-related issues in Vermintide 2, we may ask you to provide us with a Wireshark log. This will be passed on to our Network Engineers for review.
Wireshark is safe, open source software which will record the network requests between your PC and our servers, to help identify why you may be experiencing network-related issues in Vermintide 2.

Download the Windows Wireshark installer (select either 64-bit or 32-bit based on your OS): https://www.wireshark.org/download.html

Proceed through the installation wizard without changing anything, and choose to reboot at the end of the installation

Open Wireshark

Double-click your active internet connection in the red box seen below:

Reproduce the issue that you have in Vermintide 2

After you have reproduced the issue, navigate back to Wireshark and click the red square seen below to stop your recording:

Click 'File' > 'Save As...' and save your log as your Steam name

Google “what is my ip” and note down your public IP address

Send us your saved Wireshark log and public IP address, to allow us to investigate the issue
